How to use

Fill the 1.8 L water tank and add beans to the container, ensuring the aroma lid is closed. Select the beverage and adjust intensity or grind using Optiaroma and the grinder settings; use the ground-coffee option if required. For milk drinks, connect a milk container to the Cappuccinatore or use the machine’s automatic frothing into the cup. Start the selected program; the machine will pre-brew, extract the espresso and froth milk automatically when chosen. Use the memo function to save preferred cup length by holding the drink button for a few seconds.

Usage recommendations

Rinse the removable brew group regularly under running water and follow the on-screen descaling guidance when prompted. Use fresh coffee beans and select a grind setting that matches your taste to avoid clogging; choose a finer grind for stronger espresso and a coarser grind for a lighter coffee.
