How to use

Fill the kettle with water up to the usable capacity marking (0.9 L). Set the desired temperature between 40°C and 100°C using the temperature control, then start heating. When the set temperature is reached the kettle will maintain or indicate readiness according to its controls; the auto power-off function activates to prevent overheating. Press the lid button to open the lockable lid for pouring or refilling, and clean the stainless steel filter periodically to remove scale and residues.

Usage recommendations

For pour-over coffee, use water heated to a temperature appropriate for the coffee type (typically 92–96°C for medium-dark roasts, lower for lighter roasts). Descale regularly if your water is hard, and avoid filling above the usable tank capacity to prevent spillage.
