How to use

Charge the watch fully before first use and pair it with the Huawei Health (Huawei Wearable) app on your iOS or Android phone to set up profiles, sync data and download watch faces or playlists. Use the onboard GPS and workout modes to record outdoor activities. Open the Stay Fit app on the watch to monitor calorie intake and expenditure in real time. Configure heart-rate zones and enable voice or vibration alerts to receive notifications when your heart rate leaves the target range.

Usage recommendations

For best measurement accuracy, wear the watch snugly on the wrist during activities and sleep. Keep firmware and the Huawei Health app up to date. For prolonged battery life, disable features you do not need (for example, Always On Display) and manage notifications from the companion app.
