How to use

Charge and pair the Galaxy Watch Ultra with your Samsung Galaxy smartphone, then configure Samsung Health and location permissions. Select Exercise power saving mode for tracking specific workouts or switch to Power saving mode for extended battery life on long trips. Use GPX route files to load routes and follow on-screen guidance including altitude; use Track Back to return to your starting point. Activate Water Lock before entering the water to ensure accurate tracking. Press and hold the Quick Button for 5 seconds or use the home button to send an SOS; the watch also detects falls automatically. Use the Quick Button and Multisport Tile to switch sports during triathlons or other multi-discipline activities, and use Double Pinch to control camera, calls or alarms on connected Galaxy devices.
