How to use

Fill the water tank or connect the machine to a direct water supply, switch on the I/O back-lit switch and allow the dual boilers to reach operating temperatures shown on the OLED display. Use the paddle on the L58E group to manually control water flow during extraction; adjust brew temperature, pre-infusion and Low Flow options via the LCC menu as required. Operate the steam and hot water taps for milk texturing or hot water, taking care to use the anti-burn multidirectional wands. Place cups on the warmer rack and use the drip tray with wire grate for overflow and cleaning.

Usage recommendations

Use filtered water to reduce scale and maintain performance, calibrate pump pressure via the external adjustment screw if needed, and regularly clean the drip tray, group and steam wands. Disable the steam boiler when not required to save energy and engage Reserve mode when water level is low.
