Warranty Terms
- Products purchased in Nexix are covered by a two-year warranty service period;
- Warranty service implies free repair of the device or, in case the repair is impossible, its replacement during the warranty service period;
- Repair and replacement of the device are the primary rights of the customers. In case of discovery of any defect in the device, the customer is entitled to request from Nexix free repair or replacement, save the cases when it is impossible or requires disproportionally or unreasonably high expenses due to the nature of device;
- Nexix covers all costs for repair or replacement, including transportation, mailing, labor, and parts to meet the device agreement terms and conditions;
- The customer is entitled to requesta reduction of price or terminate the agreement, if repair or replacement of the device is impossible or Nexix is unable to repair or replace the device within the reasonable period and the customer lost his interest in the fulfillment of the agreement;
- The customer is not entitled to require termination of the agreement in case of the device has minor defects;
- In case the customer discovers defect in the device within 6 (six) months from the date of receiving it, it shall be implied (unless proved otherwise) that the defect existed upon delivery, provided that this is possible taking into account the nature of the defect or the device itself.
- In case the customer discovers the defect after 6 (six) months from the delivery of the device, the customer shall prove that the defect existed upon delivery.
- Nexix is obliged to repair the damaged device in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the warranty card within 30 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the device to the service center. The customer shall submit to the service center the valid ID, warranty card, purchase confirmation documents (receipt, invoice, etc.) and the defective device. In case if the device cannot be repaired within the above period, it shall be replaced. The device shall be replaced by the same model. If the same model does not exist on the market anymore, it shall be replaced by the model of identical specifications. In case if the device or parts thereof shall be ordered/delivered from the foreign country, the above term can be prolonged by 30 calendar days in the most.
- The replacement covers only the device itself, but not the full set (accessories and disposables).
- The warranty conditions do not apply if; the warranty term has expired;
the warranty card and/or purchase confirmation documents have not been submitted, and it is impossible to identify the device and its purchase date without them;
damage or defect are found in operational system or software;
the device is physically damaged, i.e. cracked, dented, burnt, melted, deformed, broken. This also includes any damages caused by the liquid, even in cases where model specification sets out the existence of functions protecting from such damages.
the manufacturer serial number is altered, deleted or damaged (which makes impossible identification of the device), operation rules are violated (for the rules please see the device accompanying documentation or visit the manufacturer’s website);
the device has been damaged by the non-standard network voltage;
the device has been repaired by the non-authorized service center/specialist and the damages were received due to such repairs by the non-authorized service center/specialist;
the defect is caused by the violation of storage and operation rules defined by the manufacturer/seller;
the purchased device has been used for commercial and industrial purposes; - The warranty does not cover visual defects in case the company can present the device delivery-acceptance certificate which states that the customer has visually checked the device and did not find any visual defects; or in case the company can present the refusal of the client to visually check the device and confirmation that the latter understand the legal consequences of such refusal.
- The device shall be submitted for the repair to Nexix.
