Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer.

1. The company is obliged to deliver the purchased device to the address within working days mentioned in the above tables
2. The customers will be informed about the delivery fee prior to the order placement.
3. In case the company fails to deliver the device within the respective delivery period, the customer shall determine the additional reasonable delivery period, and only after expiry of such additional delivery period, the customer is entitled to terminate the agreement.
4. No additional period needs to be determined if the customer has included the requirement for timely delivery into the agreement.
5. In case the delivery is impossible due to the fault of the customer (does not answer the phone, is not present at the indicated delivery address, indicated incorrect address), the company will return the device to the shop, and the customer will be charged for the repeated delivery depending on the repeated delivery location.
6. In case the purchased item is unavailable, the company shall immediately notify the customer on such fact.

Retourbeleid
- For all the devices purchased at the website, the customer is entitled to unconditionally return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- In order to return the device, the customer shall fill out the Agreement Termination Form; the filled-out form can be sent by email to the following address: info@nexix.eu;
The device can be returned to the following address: MUNICH, Spaces Werksviertel, Munich, Germany 81671 - The device can be returned within 7 calendar days from sending the Agreement Termination Form. The customer bears the burden of proving that the Agreement Termination form has been timely sent.
- In case of return, the customer shall bear no expenses (including the cost of device delivery), save the cases when the customer has selected the fast delivery service (if available).
- The device can be returned if the device has not been damaged and retains the marketable appearance. The device can be returned only in a full set (with accessories, earphones, charger, cables, etc.). The customer shall return the device with undamaged producer’s packaging. Opening the box for visual inspection of the device shall not be considered damage.
- In case if the value of the device has reduced due to the usage that is not related to its nature, features, or purposes of checking its functionality, the customer shall cover the difference caused by such value reduction.
- Absence of the defects and visual marketability of the device shall be checked and confirmed upon the return of the device to the shop.
- The price paid by customer for the device shall be refunded after assessment of the returned item by the shop technical expert. If examination is impossible at the return point, the device shall be sent to the service center for the expert assessment. After ascertaining that the returned device(s) complies with all the above returning terms and conditions, the full cost will be refunded to the customer.
- The refund shall be made in the same form as the payment has been made. The amount shall be refunded to the account of the payer, unless the customer and the seller agree otherwise.
- The company retains the right to refuse refunding until the actual return of the device or until receiving the document confirming that the device has been shipped to its address, whichever comes first.
- In case of return of the device by shipping company, courier service or regular mail, the customer shall bear the responsibility for unintentional damage or loss of the device, until it is delivered to the company’s address and transferred under the actual custody of the company.
- If the device has been purchased by bank transfer, the company shall send the bank notification on the refund to the bank of the customer.
- The company shall refund the cost of the device within 30 calendar days from the date of agreement termination.
